  • As a new school, we will begin with a core focus on academics, discipleship, and community, but we are also excited to offer our first high school athletic teams in our launch year—including a Cross Country team and a Golf team.

As our student body grows, we plan to expand extracurricular offerings to include student-led clubs, fine arts opportunities, service projects, and additional sports based on interest and leadership availability.

  • Our initial academic model will include a blend of in-person and guided independent learning, depending on enrollment and staffing. We will work with families to ensure clarity and consistency in weekly rhythms.

We follow a block schedule designed to support deep learning, student focus, and strong teacher-student relationships. Most classes meet on either Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday, allowing for longer instructional periods and a more focused academic rhythm.

Most Fridays will be half-days, set aside for chapel, mentorship, enrichment, service opportunities, or independent study. This schedule creates space for both academic rigor and whole-person formation.

  • We are currently in the process of accreditation through Cognia for our founding year (2025–2026). This will ensure academic accountability, structure, and recognition from the start.

We are also actively pursuing accreditation through ACSI (Association of Christian Schools International) as a long-term goal to reflect our commitment to Christ-centered excellence and continuous improvement.

  • At this time, Oaks Christian High School is not equipped to offer formal special education services or individualized education plans (IEPs). However, because we value the dignity and God-given potential of every student, we aim to provide a supportive, relational learning environment with reasonable accommodations when possible. Families with specific needs are encouraged to connect with us early to discuss whether Oaks is the right fit and how we can support their student’s success in partnership.

  • Oaks Christian High School is a private Christian high school, not a co-op or umbrella program. However, part-time enrollment is available for homeschool families who wish to enroll in select courses while retaining home instruction.

  • We are more than a school—we are a community of disciple-makers, families, and students united in Christ. Our teachers don’t just instruct—they mentor. Our students don’t just learn—they are formed. And our goal is not just graduation—but Godly impact.
